Save, download, share & schedule login/logout reports

Once you have generated a login/logout report in Amazon Connect, you may want to save, download, share, or schedule it for future reference. Here is how to do each: 

Saving a Report 

  • Click Save

    • While viewing the report, click on the "Save" button to retain the current filters, grouping, and time ranges. 

Downloading a Report 

  • Select Download CSV

    • Click on the down arrow next to the "Save" button and choose "Download CSV" to save the report in CSV format locally to your device. 

Sharing a Report 

  • Using the Share Feature

    • Within the report, click on the down arrow next to the "Save" button and select "Share report." 

    • Alternatively, navigate to the list of shared reports and click on the share icon. 

    • This action will download the report to your Connect S3 bucket and provide a link for sharing with others. 

Publishing a Report 

  • Publish to Organization

    • While sharing the report, click the "Publish report to organization" button. 

    • This allows other call center managers and admins to access and view the report in the Saved Reports section of Amazon Connect's Metrics and Quality dashboard. 

Scheduling a Report 

  • Choose Schedule

    • Click on the down arrow next to the "Save" button and select "Schedule" to schedule the report for automatic generation. 

    • Define the frequency (hourly, daily, or weekly), start time, and date range for the scheduled report. 

    • Optionally, specify delivery options such as a unique folder for report delivery. 

Limitations 

  • Keep in mind that there is a 10,000-row limit on downloaded, shared, and scheduled reports. Ensure your report does not exceed this limit.
