Save, download, share real time reports

Amazon Connect offers diverse options for managing and sharing reports effectively. 

Saving Reports 

  1. Save a Report

  • Click on the Save button to retain the current configuration of your report, including filters, groupings, and time ranges. 

Downloading Reports 

  1. Download a Report

  • Click on the down arrow next to Save and choose Download CSV to download the report as a CSV formatted file. This allows you to store the report locally for offline access or further analysis. 

Sharing Reports 

  1. Share a Report

  • There are two ways to share a report: 

  • Within the report, click on the down arrow next to Save and choose Share report. 

  • Alternatively, click on the share icon from within the list of shared reports. 

  • Sharing a report downloads it to the Connect S3 bucket, providing a link that you can share with others for access. 

Publishing Reports 

  1. Publish a Report

  • When sharing a report, click the Publish report to organization button. This enables other call center managers and admins to view the report in the Saved Reports section of Amazon Connect's Metrics and Quality dashboard. 

Limitations 

  1. Cell Limit

  • Keep in mind that there is an 80,000-cell limit on downloaded, shared, and scheduled reports. Be mindful of this limitation when generating reports with extensive data.
