The Contact Search page helps you find specific interactions within a certain time frame, involving a specific number, or with a particular agent. You can use any combination of these filters to narrow down your search. 

Additionally, when you use Contact Lens with Contact Search, you can look for instances where agents did not follow guidelines or check for overall customer sentiment across your Contact Center.
