Save, download, share & schedule historical reports

It is common to save reports to retain filters, groupings, and time ranges commonly used for analysis. 

Saving Reports 

  • Click on the Save button on the report to retain its configuration. 

Downloading Reports 

  • Download Connect reports as CSV formatted files for offline analysis. 

  • Click on the down arrow next to Save and choose Download CSV. 

Sharing Reports 

  • Reports can be shared in two ways: 

  1. Within the report: Click on the down arrow next to Save and choose Share report. 

  2. From the list of shared reports: Click on the share icon. 

  • Sharing a report downloads it to the S3 bucket, and a link is provided for sharing. 

Publishing Reports 

  • Click the Publish report to organization button while sharing the report. 

  • This allows other call center managers and admins to view your report in the Saved Report section. 

Scheduling Reports 

  • Click on the down arrow next to Save and choose Schedule. 

  • Options include generating the report hourly, daily, or weekly, with defined start times and date ranges. 

  • Define Delivery Options to specify a unique folder for report delivery. 

Important Note 

  • Reports are subject to an 80,000-cell limit when downloaded, shared, or scheduled.
