Save, download, share & schedule historical reports
It is common to save reports to retain filters, groupings, and time ranges commonly used for analysis.
Saving Reports
Click on the Save button on the report to retain its configuration.
Downloading Reports
Download Connect reports as CSV formatted files for offline analysis.
Click on the down arrow next to Save and choose Download CSV.
Sharing Reports
Reports can be shared in two ways:
Within the report: Click on the down arrow next to Save and choose Share report.
From the list of shared reports: Click on the share icon.
Sharing a report downloads it to the S3 bucket, and a link is provided for sharing.
Publishing Reports
Click the Publish report to organization button while sharing the report.
This allows other call center managers and admins to view your report in the Saved Report section.
Scheduling Reports
Click on the down arrow next to Save and choose Schedule.
Options include generating the report hourly, daily, or weekly, with defined start times and date ranges.
Define Delivery Options to specify a unique folder for report delivery.
Important Note
Reports are subject to an 80,000-cell limit when downloaded, shared, or scheduled.
