  1. Navigating to the URL 

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the URL provided by your Supervisor or Administrator. 

  • Log in using the credentials given to you. 

  1. Accessing Your Agent Desktop 

  • Once logged in, you will see your agent desktop, also known as the Contact Control Panel (CCP). 

  • From the CCP, you can: 

  • Handle incoming calls 

  • Make outgoing calls 

  • Accept inbound chats 

  • Manage inbound tasks 

  • Create your own tasks 

  1. Changing Your Status 

  • Upon logging in each day, you will start in an offline status. 

  • To accept inbound contacts, change your status to Available. 

  • Other statuses available for you to use include Lunch, Break, etc.
