Navigating to the URL
Open your web browser and navigate to the URL provided by your Supervisor or Administrator.
Log in using the credentials given to you.
Accessing Your Agent Desktop
Once logged in, you will see your agent desktop, also known as the Contact Control Panel (CCP).
From the CCP, you can:
Handle incoming calls
Make outgoing calls
Accept inbound chats
Manage inbound tasks
Create your own tasks
Changing Your Status
Upon logging in each day, you will start in an offline status.
To accept inbound contacts, change your status to Available.
Other statuses available for you to use include Lunch, Break, etc.
