You can make outbound calls in two ways, using the Dial Pad or using Quick Connects:
Using the Number Field or Dial Pad
Enter the number in the number field or use the dial pad on your screen
Once you have entered the number, click Call
Using Quick Connects
On your CCP, click Quick Connects
Select the quick connect from the list or enter a few letters to search for a quick connect
Click Call
