CCP v2 - Hold

Holding a Call

  • During a voice call, you can place the customer on hold by clicking the Hold button

  • While on hold, the customer will hear music. You will receive occasional whisper reminders indicating that the call is on hold

Resuming the Call 

  • To resume the call, click Resume
