CCP v2 - Making outbound voice calls
To make an outbound call:
Click Quick connects
Enter the number you wish to call and click Call
If you need to dial a number in another country, you can choose that country from the drop down list or enter the country code in the number field
Double click on a Quick Connect entry which will dial the number for you
