You can make outbound calls in two ways:
Using the Number Field or Dial Pad:
Enter the number in the number field or use the dial pad on your screen.
Once you have entered the number, click Call.
Using Quick Connects:
On your CCP, click Quick Connects.
Select the quick connect from the list or enter a few letters to search for a quick connect.
Click Call.
