Steps to Transfer a Call Using Quick Connects

  1. Initiate Quick Connects

    • During an active call, locate the Quick Connects button in the Contact Control Panel (CCP).

  2. Select a Transfer Destination

    • After clicking the Quick Connects button, a list of possible people or departments to transfer the call to will be displayed.

  3. Enter the Destination Number

    • You have two options to enter the destination number:

      • Manually Enter the Number: Click in the number field and type the phone number using your keyboard.

      • Use the Number Pad: Click on the Number Pad icon and enter the number using the on-screen keypad.

      • Select a Suggested Destination: Click on one of the listings in the suggested destinations.

  4. Double-Click for Quick Transfer

    • For an immediate transfer, you can double-click the desired Quick Connect entry. This action will place the current call on hold and dial the selected Quick Connect entry automatically.

Note:

Double-clicking the Quick Connect entry will place the current call on hold and dial the Quick Connect entry.

You cannot add your own Quick Connects. This must be done by an Administrator.
